Mind-blowing, jaw-dropping apartment with super comfortable beds, breathtaking terrace views, and top-notch furnishings. Friendly staff, easily reachable. Amazing bathroom lights and awesome balcony. Perfect location. Free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV, air conditioning. No pets, no smoking.

Easy check-in was appreciated. We loved a dining area, a seating area and a writing desk in the room. Unbeatable and ideal location, right in the heart of Florence. Truly amiable personal.

We had a fantastic time at Mamo Florence - La Badessa. The location was perfect for exploring the wonderful city of Florence. The highlight of our stay was the amazing views from the terrace. The apartment itself was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and enough storage for our 5-night stay. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and basic kitchen supplies provided.

The location was bang on - right in the heart of the city. We could easily hop over to the vibrant bars and clubs at San Niccolo and Santa di Spirito. Plus, it was a short walk to Santa Croce and Il Duomo, giving us major sightseeing goals!

The only thing we wished for was a cooler rooftop terrace. Don't get us wrong, the views were amazing and we had a blast chilling up there, but imagine if there was a mini pool or a cool bar set up?

Mind-blowing location, within walking distance to all the must-see landmarks, with a variety of dining options nearby. The spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, offering a jaw-dropping rooftop terrace with stunning views. The valet parking service is super convenient. The apartment is well-appointed and stylish, providing a fantastic value for money. The outdoor terrace with changing color lights adds a fun and unique touch. The modern decoration and the cleanliness make for a very pleasant stay.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic! It had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine. The two bathrooms were also a nice touch, with separate bathtubs and showers. The living room was cozy and the two bedrooms were comfortable. I really enjoyed the city views from the balcony and the flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a bonus. The air-conditioning kept me cool throughout my stay, and the bed linen and towels provided were clean and fresh.

Personally, I found the rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms to be a bit of a letdown. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might enjoy them!

The value for money was exceptional, considering the beautiful room and stunning rooftop terrace. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

More variety in breakfast items would have been nice.

We were just a short walk away from popular sights and a wide array of restaurants and cafes. Being able to easily navigate the city with our children made our stay so much more enjoyable.

For families with children, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly amenities available in the apartment, such as a high chair or toys to keep them entertained.

As low-budget travelers, we were delighted with the amenities provided at La Badessa Apartment. The terrace offered breathtaking views, and the modern design made it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was ample storage for our 5-night stay. The added touch of water, tea, coffee, and essential condiments like salt, pepper, sugar.

We felt special during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the apartment. The furniture was classy and comfortable, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas of the apartment were spacious, allowing me to move around freely without any obstacles. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The central location made it easy for me to explore Florence without having to walk long distances. It was such a relief to have everything I wanted to see within a short 10-minute walk. It made my vacation much more enjoyable and convenient.

The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is a more helpful and attentive staff. The children working there seemed to lack the professionalism and courtesy that an establishment like this should have.
